e-Instruction is sponsoring a $75,000 classroom makeover contest. To enter, you had to create a music video, which focused on your use of technology, or how you would like to use technology, in the classroom.
As usual, Mr. Posey rose to the challenge.
Mr. Posey's students desired to create a video that exemplified their love of technology and their increasing hunger to use more of it in the classroom.
The student-created group, The Rubber Toast Flavored Llamas, created a parody of Katy Perry's song "Firework," which they felt sang true of the need to have hands-on technology that students can lose themselves in.
With the assistance from the Cougar News team director, they helped put together their entry: Break Our Classroom Free.
Here is their entry.
